**Description**
***If you are innovative, persuasive, self-motivated, collaborative, and have a passion for helping people, then we want to talk to you!*** We are looking for experienced Dealer Administrative Services Representatives who will be

responsible for processing the cancellations of eligible ancillary products, collecting from the Dealers/Fulfillment Partners and Insurance providers any unearned refunds due the consumer are received and credited, provides information to callers, clerical work, administrative and business details by performing the essential functions and responsibilities outlined.
* Average minimum of 60 calls per day.
* Average minimum of 20 RPCs (right party contact) per day.
* Review GAP policy and Retail Instalment images to verify data and export terms and provider/administrator data accurately to worklists.
* Review and ensure accuracy in the vendor portal of F&I Express for automated cancellation letters and quotes to be processed.
* Review and verify identified expired and claims processed information obtained from the F&I portal from product providers and administrators.
* May perform documented follow-up and collections of other dealer receivables including ancillary products, dealer negative reserve, and misrepresented equipment.
* Maintain accurate documentation on excel worklists.
* Composes routine correspondence.
* Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
* Conducts research and follow up with insurance provider companies verifying that the ancillary product policies/agreements presented to Flagship on the Retail Sales Contract purchased by the consumer have been registered and purchased by the dealership or Fulfillment Partner on behalf of the consumer.
**About You:**
* Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Preferred: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Multitasking ability.
*

Accuracy/attention to detail.
* An outgoing positive attitude is a must.
* Great communication skills both verbal & written.
* Thrive in a fast-paced call center working environment.
* Proficient with all Microsoft products.
* Knowledge of Word Processing software.
**COMPENSATION: $15-$17 hourly plus $100 - $300 incentive eligibility per month (DOE)**
**BENEFITS: Excellent benefits, eligible first of the month following 30 days of employment**
