Admin/Clerical- Floorplan Specialist-Entry Level

Floorplan Specialist will facilitate, reconcile and audit the floorplan inventory of its customers which includes: Customer service, dealer communications, collections, title control and sales promotion.

Responsible for:

1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
2. Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
3. Work well independently as well as a team player.
4. Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of policies, processes and procedures relative to the floorplan industry.
6. Daily reconciliation of floorplan accounts.
7. Strong understanding of title processing and title management
8. Prepare and review status reports for internal management and dealer customers.
9. Maintain accurate dealer and floorplan industry contacts at all times.
10. Performs other duties as necessary.

Education:

Experience in the automotive finance industry or consumer/commercial lending industry.

Computer Proficient

Skills:

Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly customer service orientated.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
