Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a nonprofit in Silver Spring, MD supporting their membership department. This position is TEMPORARY (possible temp-to-perm for the right candidate). This role is fully in office and will pay $20-22 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Providing administrative support to office staff.
Answer phones and respond to emails.
Preparing, creating and editing correspondence.
Assist with new member processing.
Assist with mailings.
Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
Helping prepare for meetings.
Maintain database.
Requirements:
Knowledge of MS Office
CRM experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
