Location: 121 W. 154th St in Harvey, IL

Shift: Monday – Friday from 830am – 5pm

Purpose: The Administration Administrative Assistant performs duties associated with office operations and interacts with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities:

• Opens and closes the office


• Greets visitors in a friendly and courteous manner


• Answers telephones, takes messages, and direct calls


• Orders office supplies and distributes supplies to staff


• Maintains up-to0dat listing of names, addresses, and phone numbers of parents/guardians


• Prepares and updates face sheets


• Participates in in quality improvement activities


• Takes photos of new admissions and prepares admission face sheet

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred


• Minimum of 3 years of office management/administrative support experience required


• Excellent oral and written communication skills required


• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office


• Experience working with various socioeconomic populations is a plus.


• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
