Administration Assistant - Fast Hire

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Law Firm.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule appointments
• Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
• Answer telephone calls professionally
• Develop and implement organized filing systems - paper and electronic
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Preferred: two (2) years of prior experience in office administration
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Attention to detail
