Job Description - Administration Specialist

is seeking an

Administrative Assistant

to support our senior level management team. This role will be a great representation of our company by communicating with leadership, working with multiple departments, and supporting business needs.

This position requires excellent computer skills, a strong ability to multi-task, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. If that is you, we want you to join our team!!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and assist with business initiatives of mid and senior level management teams.
Assist the department managers in day-to-day activities and paperwork.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company leadership.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and office events.
General administrative duties to include answering calls and emails, receiving, and directing visitors, utilizing various software systems, ordering supplies, filing, scanning, and faxing.
Other duties as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

2 years of administrative experience directly supporting mid-senior level leadership.
Proficient computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP, Data Management.
Strong attention to detail.
Possess excellent assessment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Representing the company in a professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel.

Pay range for this position:

Starting at $65,000 or based on candidate experience.
