Administrative & Inventory Assistant

Beacon Veterinary Specialists is seeking an Administrative and Inventory Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to support our clinical teams by keeping supplies accurate, stocked, and ready for patient care.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with basic math, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Wage: $18-22/hour
 

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with inventory management (i.e., counts, receiving, and stocking)
• Maintain inventory spreadsheets
• Office tasks, including filing and organizing
• Ordering supplies
• Equipment care and maintenance as needed
