As an Administration and Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our hiring efforts and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, and HR processes—all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. What You’ll Do

Staffing & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient staffing processes.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and help optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and job opportunities.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, helping to refine hiring strategies.

Requirements

  

Administrative & HR Support

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and handling HR inquiries.
  • Support company-wide staffing initiatives, ensuring workforce needs are met.
  • Assist with coordinating training, compliance tracking, and employee engagement efforts.
