We are seeking and Administrative Assistant for Acendion Collective. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to multiple business leaders. Key tasks include managing calls, calendar and email management, meeting preparation, management of executive reports and other office duties.

These skills will be used to:
Act as the first point of contact for the President on answering emails and phone calls.
Coordinate and schedule various meetings and events. Preps the associated materials and helps distribute.
Manage email and calendar events for the President. Reads and flags emails for action and responds to invitations in a timely manner.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for Acendion associates.
Assist in expense reporting and other invoice related items.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Physical demands and work environment:
Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
