Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Support in managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee coordination. Support others as a point of contact for office vendors and building management. Assist with onboarding new employees and visitors. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Extensive experience in arranging complex schedules, managing time and logistics across multiple time zones, with a global perspective and understanding. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a “can-do” attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Experience with event planning and execution. Professional curiosity and a drive to understand HOW and WHY things work within a company. The ability to work well within a team, and individually. A positive and energetic attitude that people enjoy working with. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
