Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Description

Responsible for providing secretarial and related office services for members of the parish and/or various other committees and boards. Greets and assists visitors, schedules appointments, processes mail, maintains office record-keeping systems, issues and monitors facility keys and codes. Oversees the timely opening and closing of the parish office. Prepare and produce weekly bulletin and constant contact. Maintain parish offering envelope system, sacramental record-keeping system, and parish registration records. 

15-17 hours a week, looking at Monday 8-Noon, Wednesday 8-3pm, and Friday 8-Noon.

Requirements

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing is required.
  • Certified in Protecting God's Children and Compliance with the Diocesan Code of Conduct.
