Job summary
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Safety and Compliance, The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Regional Safety Manager in their assigned region. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for working in the transportation safety software platforms. DQ, HOS, Lytx, Geotab etc. To ensure regional compliance with FMCSA. At times will work with Terminal Managers on safety and compliance overview or guidance,

Minimum requirements
Superior interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, interact tactfully and practice flexibility
Transportation experience (trucking is a plus)
Associates degree (not required but a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong problem solving, organizational, time management and analytical skills
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office products
