Job Description

Assist in the implementation of multimedia marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager, and as appropriate with corporate marketing teams and location owners.
  • Executing mail and email programs from creation to completion in a timely manner, with efficiency and accuracy to ensure location offers are received on time.
  • Performs QA on peer promotion set-ups to ensure accuracy and matching to the desired build.
  • Assist in the management of multiple concurrent promotional projects to ensure their timely completion.
  • Input location data and promotion details through the back-end portal of the VIP Player Club app.
  • Administrative functions such as maintaining drop schedule, reconciliation of invoices and postage.
  • Field phone calls related to the VIP Player Club app and marketing inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues pertaining to the VIP Player Club app.
  • Develop good working relationships with other property marketing and corporate departments vital to the successful, timely completion of promotional campaigns including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes, Frequent Player Punch Cards, Birthday Rewards, and multi-media marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the introduction of new marketing systems and products as needed.
  • Occasionally visit locations with the marketing manager to launch promotions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must pass background check
  • Minimum of two years related work experience (database, casino or marketing).
  • Strong verbal and written skills, detail oriented, and extensive proofreading experience.
  • Proactive self-starter, completes assigned job functions without being told or reminded.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple high priority projects concurrently, and react quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent interpretation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing Manager and corporate team.
  • Strong bias toward assisting the locations to achieve their goals.
  • Strong grasp of system integration and promotions using the VIP Player Club app.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Ability to observe and comply with all aspects of a highly regulated industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a stationary environment for long periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of heavy objects (primarily office supplies & marketing material)

Additional Information

Compensation pay range - $15.50 - $18.60

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered, education, skills, work experience and other factors permitted by law.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
