Education and Experience:
· Has 1-year Children’s Lighthouse experience.
· Maintains the state training requirements.
· Ability to communicate with and motivate others.
· Consistently follows through with all assignments.
· Excellent role model to other teachers.
· Is proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
· Prefer experience in ProCare.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follows and completes the required CLFC Procare Weekly Checklist.
· Completes additional daily operational duties as assigned.
General Areas
· Fills in classrooms, kitchen, and conducts bus runs if needed to maintain coverage.
· Ensures efficient management of telephone calls and is able to turn 80% of inquiry calls into tours.
· Maintains children’s files and maintains at least a 90% completion rate at all times.
· Assists and/or creates school event calendars, newsletters, memos, and social media posts as assigned.
· Participates in activities of professional and personal growth to maximize opportunity for succession within management.
