Responsible for providing administrative support to the President of Ridgeland Mortgage through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
Maintains the President’s appointment schedule and calendar. Plans and schedules meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Develops and utilizes filing and retrieval systems to maintain document and historical information. Records and takes notes during meetings.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answers and directs
inquiries.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Reads, researches, and routes correspondence. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Drafts emails, letters, and documents per manager’s request.
Assists with completing projects as needed and adheres to strict deadlines.
Assists with preparing reports by collecting information.
Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) + years’ administrative assistant experience within a corporate environment preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
NMLS license preferred.
