Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:

Self Love LLC is looking for a dependable, bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, wellness-focused office. This is an entry-level position with massive growth potential for someone eager to build a long-term career in a company that’s expanding rapidly. You'll handle scheduling, assist in hiring, and be a welcoming presence in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update calendars, coordinate meetings, and send timely reminders
   
• Take notes during meetings and send clear follow-up communications
   
• Draft and send formal emails in English and Spanish
   
• Enter journals, sick time, and other data into Paylocity (HRIS)
   
• Help with recruiting tasks, including screening and interviewing candidates via Google Meet or in person
   
• Greet visitors and open the office door with a positive, welcoming attitude
   
• Maintain organized digital records using Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
   
• Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
   
• Professional email communication skills
   
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
   
• Interest or experience in the juicery, health, or wellness space is a plus
