Position Overview 

Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking two detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pecos District Offices in Carlsbad & Roswell, NM). You will provide essential office, clerical, and staff support, ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient record-keeping. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide office and clerical support to multiple supervisors. 
• Manage phone calls, visitors, correspondence, and scheduling. 
• Prepare, edit, and finalize reports, presentations, and formal documents. 
• Process incoming/outgoing mail (including electronic). 
• Maintain central filing systems, official records, litigation files, FOIA responses, and technical references. 
• Support program staff with project file organization and administrative tasks. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of administrative/office support experience. 
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet research. 

• High School Diploma
