At JL Parker Plumbing, we’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager Administrative Assistant who’s ready to dive into a role that’s as dynamic as you are.

Your New Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our plumbing Project Managers. You'll assist in managing documentation and supporting our accounting team. From processing invoices to obtaining insurance certificates, your contributions will be crucial to our operations.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Experience in Quickbooks Online, Sage Accounting Software, Textura (Contract Billing), Fieldwire Application, Samsara, Bluebeam, Sitedocs Application, Procore and experience with Employee Benefits is not a requirement but is helpful.
