What You’ll Do:



  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for staff and management

  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital

  • Prepare memos, correspondence, and reports

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry in QuickBooks/Bank statement reconciliations for multiple accounts

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Provide general support to other departments as needed


What We’re Looking For:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency with computers and office software

  • Prior experience in reception or administrative roles
