We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This role blends traditional administrative support with light office management, ensuring our team and workspace run smoothly day-to-day.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Tackle ad-hoc projects and provide general support wherever needed to keep operations moving smoothly.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong multitasking skills and comfort switching between different kinds of tasks
Personable, service-oriented, and able to represent the company well with visitors and partners
Comfortable with light physical work (errands, stocking, light cleaning)
Prior experience in administration, office management, or operations required
