Administrative Assistant

Greenbranch Recovery, LLC is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Job Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Helping to organize the department’s work efforts, and tracking progress in completing special projects.


• Coordinating internal and external meetings, presentations and client communications


• Conduct ongoing chart views for consumers assigned to caseload, ensuring that all charts are reviewed and maintained in a compliance fashion.


• Prepare and edit a variety of documents, correspondence & client communication, presentations. Manage and organize the department’s documents, deliverables and various project timelines


• Assist in the creation and deliver of customized provider panels. Manage schedules, resources, and logistical needs for the Department


• Knowledge of billing codes and procedure and Excel helpful.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred


• 1-3 years minimum experience in an administrative support and/or client/customer service role required. Previous dispatch experience preferred but not required.


• Strong communication skills needed, including writing proficiency.


• Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while focusing on day to day tasks.
