• Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring effective communication.
• Manage the voicemail system and relay messages to appropriate team members.
• Sort and distribute daily mail and other correspondence.
• Perform clerical tasks, including filing, faxing, and organizing office supplies.
• Assist with office organization and light housekeeping tasks.
• Support event planning and coordination for team initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance for office equipment.
• Help onboard new hires and maintain their orientation materials.
• Assist with invoicing

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient in standard office software and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that involve mobility around the office.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent use of a telephone and computer to communicate with customers.
• Occasional lifting of office supplies, files, and equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to move freely around the office to access files, office equipment, and interact with team members.
• Regularly required to talk or hear, and occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
