Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:


Primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, scanning, and filing all invoices that are mailed to the corporate office. This position will assist with other administrative department tasks assigned by the Accounts Payable Department Manager. 


Position Responsibilities:



  • Receives, sorts, scans, and files all invoices that are mailed to the corporate office.

  • Monitor designated Edenred (AP Workflow System) queues to ensure invoices are scanned and routed correctly. 

  • Assists with various Edenred document routing tasks. 

  • Partners with department manager on records request research projects.   

  • Performs other related duties as directed.

  • Exceptional organization skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced and technology focused environment.

  • Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and accounting database systems, including Microsoft office, internet and e-mail systems.

  • Ability to interact collaboratively, positively and effectively with staff at all levels with the organization.

  • Ability to function in a team environment and demonstrate commitment to accomplishing team goals.


Physical Demands & Work Environment



  • Primarily sitting/standing in an office environment utilizing the scanner, computer, and filing.

  • May be required to lift boxes, fill paper trays, and other minor physical office related tasks.
