Our client is a growing renewable energy technology company. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and leadership in their San Antonio, Texas office.
This role serves as the primary on-site support in the San Antonio office and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Act as the front-line point of contact for office operations
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for sales staff and leadership
Track inventory and monitor customer and supplier orders
Follow up on quotes, pricing, invoicing, and payments
Assist with logistics coordination and documentation
Manage email, mail, filing systems, and expense reporting
Support sales and operational administrative needs
Assist with government bid submissions (SAM.gov, Sourcewell, etc.)
Create or update marketing materials and basic graphics
Support website updates and CRM data management
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License
4+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail
Office management experience
Experience with Adobe, Publisher, or similar tools
CRM experience
Experience supporting government bid processes is a plus
