Administrative Assistant

Ron Hoover Companies, Inc., with locations across the state of Texas, has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our fast-paced Corpus Christi Equipment location!

In this position, you would be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls


• Providing administrative support to all departments


• Completing the daily transaction summary


• Processing all registrations and titling transactions


• Completing and auditing deal packets to ensure everything is completed appropriately


• Ensuring all bank deposits are deposited in a timely manner


• Coordinating with Corporate Accounting on all accounting-related processes


• Handling light accounting duties


• Other duties as apparent or assigned

Qualifications:

• You must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Strong computer skills


• Attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and prioritize


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Familiarity with basic office equipment


• Ability to follow direction
