The Administrative Assistant is the operational backbone of the site.
This role ensures that families experience clear communication, enrollment runs smoothly, and daily site operations are organized, responsive, and compliant. The Administrative Assistant serves as the front-facing representative of the site and plays a critical role in maintaining structure, accuracy, and consistency across all administrative functions.
This is not a passive clerical role—this position requires ownership, follow-through, and strong judgment in a fast-paced, family-centered environment.
What You Will Own
Front Desk & Family Experience Serve as the first point of contact and ensure families receive clear, timely communication each week
Enrollment & Records Maintain accurate enrollment, waitlists, and student records so all starts are fully prepared
Billing Support Track documentation and support communication with families and Central Operations to keep accounts current
Site Operations Keep daily administrative systems organized, responsive, and running smoothly
Compliance & Documentation Ensure records are complete, secure, and audit-ready at all times
Culture & Community Support a welcoming, respectful environment for families, staff, and visitors

What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s Degree or higher (preferred)
1–3 years of administrative experience (education or childcare setting preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
