Randstad is looking for Administrative Assistants that are capable of supporting departments and upper-level management in the Williamson County area. Our clients are seeking individuals that can have an immediate impact on their business by providing administrative support and expertise to existing management and departmental teams. The ideal candidates will have the ability to perform high level support within Excel, Word and Outlook.
Duties to include:
- Formulating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Creating presentations in Power Point
- Scheduling calendars events in Outlook
- Booking travel arrangments including air, hotel, rental car and conferences
- Performing general duties to include answering and transferring calls
- Responsible for general office organization including scanning, filing, faxing and sorting mail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task as additional projects and assignment may be suddenly assigned
Qualifications:
--Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
--Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--Ability to prioritize and multi task
--Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
--Ability to pick up on software systems quickly
--Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Compensation: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
