Responsibilities






The Administrative Assistant supports the office of the Hospital Chief of Staff. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Chief of Staff’s office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

 









Qualifications






Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.

Strong knowledge of office management procedures and administrative systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience working with physicians, executives, or hospital leadership preferred.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, HS Diploma or GED required.
