About the Role
The Administrative Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations across finance, payroll, billing, and general office functions. This position blends detail-oriented, data-driven responsibilities with broader administrative and team support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are exactly the same.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Billing Support
Perform regular payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy
Manage and submit Long Term Care (LTC) insurance claims
Respond to billing and LTC-related inquiries from clients and partners
Caregiver Support
Assist Caregivers with payroll, PTO, benefits, and general inquiries
Support onboarding compliance and documentation
Track and coordinate annual reviews
Administrative & Operational Support
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
Provide basic phone system and administrative technical support
Complete compliance-related tasks and documentation
Assist with process improvements and cross-functional projects as needed
Marketing & Systems Support
Assist with administrative marketing materials and updates
Perform simple website updates and content changes
Support internal systems and workflow improvements
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Clear and professional communication skills
Proficiency with standard office technology and systems
Preferred:
Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to resolve them
