About the Role

The role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, and providing administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for creating documents, spreadsheets, and reports. This position will also track insurance compliance and bonds, as well as following up with monthly lien waivers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Wage starting at $21 per hour.
