Administrative Assistant

Serve external clients and internal team members in this adaptive role by providing office support, managing schedules and coordination of team needs, and supporting developing relationships. Experience a variety of industries and play an active role in the daily client workload alongside fellow talented team members. Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail.
• Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
• Respond to regularly occurring requests for information.
• Answer incoming phone calls to the office. Takes messages or fields/answers routine and non-routine questions.
• Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
• Act as project manager for special projects, at the request of the partner in charge, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings.
• Assemble and e-file tax returns. Assembles financial statements.
• Responsible for appearance of the office from front to back, lobby clean-up.
• Order supplies for office.

• Minimum of 1 year of general office/clerical experience
• Associate degree or commensurate experience
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
• Advanced customer service capability to provide a premier experience to clients of KerberRose
