Administrative Assistant

Terminal Supply Company provides superior MRO parts and service for 60 years. Industries we serve include but not limited to truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair. Fleet and municipality service and repair as well as vehicle up-fitting and modification. 

We supply full lines of terminals, wire, electrical components, fasteners, lighting, safety products and hydraulic power fittings and hose. We also provide custom cable and wire harness assemblies to specialty vehicle manufacturers and many other customers. 

This role will provide administrative support to our Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service teams:

• Research products and vendors to help fulfill customer and company needs
• Locate suppliers for non-stock and special-order products
• Obtain pricing, availability, lead times, and product information from vendors
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain product and purchasing information
• Assist with custom kits and related data entry
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments by phone and email
• Help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour

• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to research information and work through problems independently
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and employees by phone and email
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• AS400 experience is a plus
