About Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist:
The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist were formed in 1997 by 4 religious Sisters in response to St. John Paul II’s call for a New Evangelization and renewal of religious life. Through God’s providence, the community has experienced tremendous growth in both numbers and apostolic works. More than 90 Sisters currently serve as Catholic school teachers and administrators in 17 missions across the country and in Rome. Broadening the scope and extending the reach of the apostolate globally, the Sisters are involved in the development of a growing array of professionally developed print and digital resources. Through Openlight Media, they are making religious life visible as well as evangelizing and supporting parents, educators and school leaders in virtue education; healthy development through virtues; Catholic social emotional learning; Catholic culture, identity, and worldview; and so much more.
