The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This position is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to ensure the successful operation of services throughout the Firm. Confidentiality of Firm and client information is of the utmost importance in this position. The work will include a combination of billable and non-billable time as client services are performed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
During tax season (January 1 through April 15), this position requires a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to support client needs.
Outside of tax season, employees typically work a Monday through Thursday schedule. Office hours are generally Monday through Thursday, with Fridays worked only as business needs require. Weekly hours may vary and may be approximately 32 hours during some periods of the year.
Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet client and business needs.
Travel
The employee may be required to travel for business purposes. Travel may be in town, out of town, and/or overnight.
