LHH is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CAREER SERVICES) for a temporary/contract position in Houston, TX.
DUTIES:
Supporting the Career Services Department
Lots of admin duties supporting the advisor
Filing paperwork
Running as needed reports for students
Taking messages via phones
This role is helping students find jobs after graduation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma required
SKILLS:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: temporary/contract (approx. 8 weeks but could go longer)
COMPENSATION: $18/hr
WORK HOURS: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM (with one rotating day 11 AM-8 PM)
100% ONSITE – Houston, TX 77060
