Primary Responsibilities:
Support to managing partner including pre-litigation case management, record retention, and use of case management and document management systems; setting appointments and maintaining calendar; answering and transferring calls; monitoring voicemail; sorting mail and incoming and outgoing packages; general clerical tasks such as preparing form letters, mass mailings, case management data entry for opening and closing client files, client conflict checks, supply ordering and inventory control, and maintaining conference room schedule.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with excellent typing skills a must.
