There is a short-term contract / temporary to hire opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
- Greet and direct visitors
- Assist other employees with diverse projects
- Handle telephone calls
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Vbulletin
- Data entry experience
- Arranging Conference Calls experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance
- Experience with conference room setup & cleanup
- Ability to use the internet for research
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
