What You Will Do: As our Office Assistant, you will be the linchpin of our office operations. Your role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Assisting in the coordination of staff schedules and client appointments.
  • Maintaining records, filing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting the team in organizing events and managing office inventory.
