The Namekagon Transit is hiring for a Part - Time, 28-32 hours a week, Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher. This position will be a split position, working 2 days a week as an Administrative Assistant, and 2 days a week dispatching.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the management and operations of Namekagon Transit. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Transit Manager and works closely with all members of the administrative staff. The Administrative Assistant will have frequent contact with vendors, suppliers and the general public including customers, elected and appointed public officials and representatives of community service agencies.
The Transit Dispatcher is responsible for providing a variety of public transportation information to the passengers, the public and other public agencies; provide quality customer service, schedule ride request, and communication with Transit Drivers.

Note: Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
