Operations Coordinator Procurement

$19.00 Hour

Monday to Friday 8-5

Bilingual / English

Must Complete Drug and Background screening.

Operations Coordinator - Performs varied administrative and general technical general duties in support of the Procurement Service division. Participate in assigned office and administrative activities to provide professional, service assistance to the general public, vendors, division staff and agency. Work involves greeting customer, answering main phone line, utilizing available softwares and resources. Conduct data research and follow set processes. Prepares a variety of operational documents, forms, reports, records and summaries.
