Job description
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
-Assisting with tenant walk ins
-Assisting with billing/leasing/legal questions or inquiries as needed
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including managing travel arrangements and expense reports
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
MUST HAVE YARDI EXPERIENCE
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
