Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite Monday – Thursday; Fridays on-request)

Overview:

· Provide Administrative support for Manager as well as Leadership Team.

· Perform calendar management, event coordination and planning. Communications support, etc.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience

· Attention to detail

· Able to execute and multitask in highly dynamic environment.

· Associates Degree

Nice to Have Skill Sets:

· Can produce advanced work product as needed. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Pay Range: $30 - $35/Hour
