Bucknell University is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Facilities Team!Job Duties:
Reports to: Director of Business Operations, Facilities
On-campus
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Supports daily operations of assigned department, including scheduling meetings, updating calendars, creating reports, and maintaining inventory of office supplies. Coordinates the work of student employees as needed.
Provides administrative support including working with vendors, greeting visitors and guests, and creating correspondence. Participates in office initiatives and prepares documentation for memberships, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinates preparation of weekly meeting agendas and oversees logistics for meetings and travel. Supports team with expense reporting.
Schedules meetings, coordinates safety and general training sessions, and assists with departmental events.
Coordinates and provides support for staff searches, hiring, onboarding, and exiting. Processes and coordinates student payroll on-boarding, compensation changes, etc. Tracks and updates office locations, contacts, and special needs.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of administrative, or related, work experience
Associate's degree
4 years of administrative, or related, work experience
Office environment/no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.

17.16-21.45The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time, all candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of submission of the application.
