Administrative Assistant - Full Time

• Representing the company by being the first point of contact for incoming visitors and answering the phone.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule meetings and assist with conference room bookings
• Provide basic administrative support to various departments (e.g., filing, data entry, ordering supplies)
• Work with Office Manager to support the required ordering of supplies for the office 
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Dependable and punctual
• Minimum 2 years experience in a related position
