Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Generator Division

As a Generator Division Assistant you will:



  • Be responsible for supporting the generator division by answering and forwarding incoming calls appropriately and performing general administrative tasks.  

  • Become a proficient user of the Sage software; SM Module, SSO, Agreements, Work Orders, PO Inventory and Hubspot CRM.

  • Work effectively with internal team members to assist as needed a smooth transition from Sales, Installation, and Service of generators.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: 



  • 2+ years experience in a office setting.

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.



  • Demonstrated ability to utilize personal computers and standard Microsoft office software.

  • Projects a professional image in promoting RALCO products and services.

  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with proven customer service skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately



Responsibilities Include:



  • Answering incoming calls

  • Processing warranty claims

  • Schedule generator division appointments within the Sage software

  • Process credit card payments

  • Outreach to all customers regarding scheduled appointment reminders.

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships throughout entire sales and/or service process.




    • Work collaboratively with Generator team to assure proper project transmittal and follow up to assure customer satisfaction.
