Administrative Assistant - Generous Compensation

A high-achieving company Is looking to add a tech-savvy administrative assistant to their growing team on the west side of Pittsburgh. This position supports a busy out-going team who recognize the importance of organization in the workplace. This is a fully on-site role with opportunity for growth throughout the business.

How you'll support the business:
- Main point of contact for upper management for administrative needs including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, special projects, etc.
- Attend to any client needs such as scheduling calls, and providing information on upcoming company events
- Maintain an organized paper filing system as well as an electronic one.

What we are excited to see from you:
- 2+ years of experience supporting a team in a professional business capacity.
- Analytical mindset with experience with providing exceptional client care.
- Self-starter mentality, who Is reliable and able to step-in when needed.
