Job Description - Administrative Assistant (Government Contracting)

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an energetic and positive Administrative Assistant to support our Government Contracting Division in Pensacola, FL!

This role is paying $20/hr - $24/hr, plus premier benefits!

Our ideal candidate will possess office administrative skills, be proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and the desire to help grow our business in the surrounding areas. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in an SAP application.

Job Summary:

Submitting employee information for Military base access
Order entry and processing
Invoicing and collecting on invoices
Tracking Certified Payroll through weekly reporting with Federal Form WH-347
Creating and maintaining reports
Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies
Managing a multi-line telephone system and email system
Processing all incoming & outgoing mail/email
Arranging employee travel

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in Federal or Government contracting - BIG Plus!
Experience tracking Certified Payroll - Preferred
Able to work independently
Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail
Strong data entry skills with a working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets
SAP Experience is a plus!
A valid state driver’s license in good standing
