What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively participate in outstanding customer service and serve as point person between Legal Department and Asset Management Contract Analyst.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities supporting Asset Management contract process.
  • Gather information including but not limited to service history, customer satisfaction, contract, market research and all supporting documentation needed for contract review.
  • Conduct annual contract evaluation by requesting supporting information to ensure all contract terms and conditions were met.
  • Maintain contract database.
  • Upload all contracts into contract repository in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure that department goals are achieved; notifies management of any non-compliance events or any possible issues in meeting compliance requirements.

What you’ll have:

  • Associates degree in business or related field
  • 2 years office related experience
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel- create formulas, pivot tables, graphs, grouping, link workbooks)
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
