Administrative Assistant – Northwest Houston
A fabrication company, located in Northwest Houston, is looking to add a professional and experienced Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, coachable and willing to be trained, and reliable.
Requirements:
· Previous Administrative/Clerical experience
· Strong computer skills
· Experience working in Sage 100 is preferred
· Microsoft Office Suites experience (mainly Excel and Outlook)
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to speak in a professional manner to customers, vendors, and senior management.
· Quick-thinking, problem solver, organized and detail-oriented
· Must be willing to train and be coachable
· Must be willing to take on a variety of assignments as assigned by management on an as-needed basis within the department
Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Work hours are 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay rate is $15-$18/hr., DOE
