The Administrative Assistant, working under the direction of the Business Office Manager, serves as the primary point of contact for individuals calling the Notre Dame at Home service line, and is responsible for delivering a warm, compassionate, and professional first impression. · Basic to intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
· 1-3 years of medical front office or administrative experience required
Work Hours and General Expectations:
Typical workday hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00PM. Employee within this position not expected to work paid holidays.
